Free alert webhook tester

Send one test alert from your browser to your webhook URL and see what comes back. No account. Nothing is stored.

A browser test is not the same as TradingView's request. Your browser sends this request, so browser security rules (CORS) apply. TradingView sends its webhooks from its own servers, where CORS doesn't exist. Many webhook servers don't let browsers read their replies: if that happens we say so, and it doesn't mean your server is down.

TradingView only accepts ports 80 and 443, cancels requests that take longer than three seconds and doesn't support IPv6. This page only tests https URLs, and it can't reach localhost or private networks.

Result

No test sent yet.

The request goes straight from your browser to the URL you enter. Nothing is sent to HoldAlarms or anyone else, and nothing you type is saved: reload the page and it's gone.

Test the way TradingView sends

To see what your server answers without browser rules, send the same request from a terminal:

curl -i -X POST -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -d '{"alert":"test"}' https://YOUR-URL

Or use our Webhook Checker for TradingView, which tests from a server.
